MnSCU ISRS Accounts

Employees at Bemidji State University may need access to various modules of the Integrated Statewide Record System (ISRS) to perform their job tasks. Some of these modules could include the Purchasing Control System (PCS), Financial Aid, Accounting, or Student Security, etc. To gain access to these modules an employee needs an account to be set up.

(For security reasons it is crucial that each employee and student employee have their own accounts, sharing accounts is discouraged.)

If you are a new user and you don't have access to any of the MnSCU Information Systems:

• You will need to print off security forms (PDF versions)
• Print off the "Request for MNSCU Systems User ID" and each of the modules you need access to.
• Fill out the information requested on each of the forms. (At this time you will not know your User Id, just put your name on the forms)
• Once these forms are filled out, they will need the appropriate signature to gain access to these modules. See Authorized Signatures for MNSCU accounts.
• After the signatures have been obtained, return the form to Gin Forseman, Information Technology Services, Deputy 205C Gin will contact you to give you your User ID and password. (DO NOT FAX DIRECTLY TO THE REGIONAL OFFICES, AS STATED ON THE FORM WEB SITE, THE FORM WILL BE DENIED)

If you are an existing user and you need access to additional MnSCU Information Systems or need to add or delete rights within an information system:

• You will need to print off security forms (PDF versions) for each module you need access to.
• Fill out the information requested on each of the forms.
• Once these forms are filled out, they will need the appropriate signature to gain access to these modules. See Authorized Signatures for MNSCU accounts
• After the signatures have been obtained, return the form to Gin Forseman, Information Technology Services, Deputy 205C. (You will not need the appropriate signature if you are requesting to be deleted out of a module or screen, just send/deliver the form to Gin Forseman)
• (DO NOT FAX DIRECTLY TO THE REGIONAL OFFICES, AS STATED ON THE FORM WEB SITE, THE FORM WILL BE DENIED) To see if you have received the requested access, log onto MNSCU and look for the new screen or module.
