Welcome to Microsoft Lync! Learn how Lync integrates instant messaging, audio and video calling, and online meeting functionality into one easy to use unified platform that will contribute to greater collaboration and more effective communication.

Most campus computers have Microsoft Lync already installed. To determine if your computer has Lync, please check under start, all programs. If you do not have Microsoft Lync please install from J:\EVERYONE\2010 Lync Clients.
Please use the same username and password as your MyBSU portal login. Lync can be easily configured to sign in upon startup.
Block a contact - By default, all BSU faculty and staff with active directory accounts will be available.
When you block a contact, that person cannot see your online status nor send you messages.
Please note: Not all Lync features will be active - this depends on your computer specifications. Please contact helpdesk@bemidjistate.edu for more information.
