The Student Help Desk provides telephone and walk-in support and assistance connecting to the BSU network.
Because student computers are not the property of BSU, we cannot provide hands-on support. If your computer is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we recommend contacting the manufacturer for repairs.We will provide as much assistance as possible and provide local referrals if further repair is necessary.
MyBSU is the central hub to all of the University's electronic resources. Use your student account to login.
Are there any policies I should know about?
All use of University computers and information technology resources by students is subject to the BSU Student Network Terms and Conditions of Use. Students are responsible for being aware of this policy and complying with it. Disciplinary action will be taken for violations.
