For any university-sponsered or -sanctioned account found on social media (such a Facebook,
Twitter, Flickr, YouTube) we ask that we set up the account. Additionally it is required that Web Services have administrator rights to the account or page. Note that the university does not provide any support for university members who want to create their own personal accounts on these social media networks.
Web Services will set up all accounts that are to be used for university purposes.
Web Services will set up a page and grant individuals from the university admin access to that page as necessary. For the page to be university-sponsered or -sanctioned, BSU Web Services needs to continue to have admin access to this page. If the page or group is already in existence, then the administrator of the page must add BSU Web Services as an admin for that page or group. Please contact Web Services for details about the BSU Web Services Facebook account.
