Circulation Policies for the 2nd and 4th Floor Collections

Location

Items in this collection with call numbers A through P are located on the fourth floor of the A. C. Clark Library. Oversize items with similar call numbers are also located on this floor along the front wall near the main stairway.

Items in this collection with call numbers Q through Z are located on the second floor. Oversize items with call numbers Q through Z are also located on this floor at the beginning of the 2nd Floor collection.

Loan Periods

Most items in this collection circulate and have a base loan period of 28 days. However, those items stamped "non-circulating" may not be checked out.

	BSU Undergraduate Students:             28 days
	BSU Graduate Students and Assistants:	end of current semester
	BSU Faculty and Staff:                  end of current semester
	Non-University Borrowers:               28 days

Renewals Possible: Yes

Overdue charges and borrowing privileges

• Borrowing privileges are suspended until the item is either returned or replacement charges are paid.
• Replacement cost for each item which becomes 29 days overdue.
• If a billed item is returned, the borrower will be credited the amount billed.
