Circulation Policies for Federal Publications

Location

Most items in this the collection are located on the third (main) floor of the A. C. Clark Library. Select classes of items issued as technical reports by the U.S. Geological Survey are located on the second floor, near the end of the 2nd Floor collection.

Loan Periods

Many items in this collection circulate and have a base loan period of 28 days. However, those items stamped "non-circulating" may not be checked out.

	BSU Undergraduate Students:             28 days
	BSU Graduate Students and Assistants:	end of current semester
	BSU Faculty and Staff:                  end of current semester
	Non-University Borrowers:               28 days

Renewals Possible: Yes

Overdue charges and borrowing privileges

• Borrowing privileges are suspended until the item is either returned or replacement charges are paid.
  
• Replacement cost for each item which becomes 29 days overdue.
• If a billed item is returned, the borrower will be credited the amount billed.
