Circulation Policies for the
Circulation Desk Collection

Items in this collection are located at the Circulation Desk on the third (main) floor of the A. C. Clark Library. People wishing to use an item from this collection should request the item at the Circulation Desk, using the item's call number (e.g. Circulation Desk - HF1118 .C73).

Loan Periods

Though most items in this collection circulate to BSU students, faculty, and staff, there are some items (identified as "non-circulating") which may only be used in the library and check out for 3 hours at a time.

	BSU Undergraduate Students:           28 days
	BSU Graduate Students and Assistants: end of semester
	BSU Faculty and Staff:                end of semester
	Non-University Borrowers:             3-hours, in library use only

Renewals Possible: Yes, for circulating items

Overdue charges

• Replacement cost, including $10.00 nonrefundable processing fee, for each item which becomes 15 days overdue.
• If a billed item is returned, the borrower will be credited the amount billed minus the nonrefundable processing fee.
• Any person who removes a "non-circulating" item from the library may be assessed a per day penalty for each item removed. The A. C. Clark Library reserves the right to levy a disciplinary charge above and beyond any normal overdue charges on any borrower whom the library deems has flagrantly violated the library's circulation policies.
