Ingrid is a single mom from Cass Lake, MN, who lives in a BSU campus apartment with her two sons. She is majoring in elementary education with a minor in Ojibwe language and plans to teach in a language-immersion school.

“Receiving a scholarship gives me a renewed sense of energy and determination,” Ingrid says. “It inspires me to do the best I can, and it instills pride in not only me, but my family as well.”
