The Bemidji State University Foundation invites you to participate in this year’s BSU Community Appreciation Day, sponsored by Paul Bunyan Communications.

Our 10th annual event will take place Sept. 3 from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m. We will once again offer booths for community businesses and organizations. We expect over 3,000 people to attend this event so it is a great opportunity to promote your organization or business.

There is no booth cost for BSU Departments/Organizations. Event attendees will have an opportunity to visit your booth while also enjoying free food samples at ”A Taste of BSU,” playing games with our student athletes, and listening to live music from the BSU Jazz Band!

We ask that booths be set up between 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. You can decorate as you wish (no alcohol or tobacco advertising, please), and be ready to start visiting with attendees by 4:15. The event officially opens at 4:30 p.m., and booths should be taken down by 7:00 p.m. Marketing materials, large signs, giveaways, door prizes, and anything interactive make your booth more inviting.
