Bemidji State University’s “Beaver Fever” team of students, faculty and staff had its best showing ever at Bemidji’s annual Lake Bemidji Dragon Boat Festival, successfully defending its Education Cup and placing eighth overall. The team’s best time that was just seven seconds off the pace set by the winner of the Aug. 6 event.
