Hundreds of “frontline” employees from the Minnesota State system’s 37 colleges and universities gathered at Bemidji State this Wednesday and Thursday for the 2017 Frontline Conference, at which employees in the MAPE and AFSCME bargaining units attended workshops and heard from speakers, including system Chancellor Dr. Steven Rosenstone.
