Nonresident Tuition

Bemidji State University allows out-of-state students, from states without reciprocity to pay resident tuition rates.  Generally, out-of-state tuition is double the rate for Minnesota residents. 

North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin students will be charged nonresident tuition rates if an approved reciprocity notification is not received by BSU.
