RDB to Oracle Conversion

The RDB to Oracle Conversion is an extremely large-scale MnSCU database conversion project. The conversion was scheduled for March 5-9, 2009, and is now complete.  Remaining technical issues are being addressed by the MnSCU database team post conversion.
