Student Technology Center

A very large-scale project is underway for Summer, 2010. The former SuperLab located in Deputy Hall is moving to space that is being renovated in Memorial Hall (where the ITS Help Desk was previously located). The new Student Technology Center will have the traditional lab space of the former SuperLab but will also add two private, group study areas equipped with gas plasma displays and other hardware to allow students to practice presentations and do other group-related functions. Additionally, a high-speed wireless lounge area is being created as part of the Student Technology Center complex.

Help Desk and Lab Support staff, formerly located in Memorial Hall, will move to Deputy Hall, and one of the electronic classrooms formerly in the SuperLab area in Deputy Hall will move to the first floor of the Library.
