VoIP (Voice over IP)

The remodeling of Birch Hall during summer of 2011 impacts older analog phone systems across campus.  This resulted in the required replacement of phones with new VoIP phones in a number of locations throughout BSU.  Training sessions on how to use the new phones were held throughout the month of April.  As of 5/18/11, the project is near completion.  

The Help Desk can assist with basic issues.  However, programming and troubleshooting are largely outsourced to Paul Bunyan Telephone.
