Project planning questions
- Briefly describe or summarize this project.
- What is the purpose of this communication?
- Who is my audience? What attitudes do they currently have and what specifically am I asking them to do/think/believe?
- What's my key message? (What am I describing/suggesting/asking?)
- What is the value of this key message to my audience?
- Which overall BSU strategic initiatives does it support?
- What is the timeline I have to work with?
- Who needs to approve this? How will this impact the timeline?
- What's my budget?
- What resources (personnel, content, visuals, tools) do I have or need to complete this?
- What information (background, details, requirements, examples) do I have or need to complete this?
- What tone of voice and/or manner of visual will resonate with this audience? (e.g. serious, playful, youthful)
- How can I measure the success of this communication?
