The University offers a tuition waiver to employees who are eligible under their contract.

The university no longer accepts paper forms for tuition waivers, instead use the following guide to request a tuition waiver.

Quick Reference Guide for Using  On Line Tuition Waiver

Submitting tuition waiver requests using the new system is very simple. Just follow these steps.

1. Log in to (links for NTC and BSU listed above).
2. Enter your user ID and password (described below).
3. Create and submit your tuition waiver request(s).
4. Check back in the Tuition Waiver system to see when the waiver is processed by HR.

If you are a user of the ISRS faculty web portal or eTimesheet, you may
use the same user ID and password to gain access to the Tuition Waiver
(TW) system.  If you don't know your user ID, please call HR at 3966
for that information  If you do not know your password, key in your Tech
ID and click on the "forgot your pin/password" on the right side of the
page and follow the steps.
