Flu shot clinics have been scheduled for Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College employees as follows:

BSU - October 5, 2011, M100, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
NTC - October 6, 2011, Conference Rm B, 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

(There is no out-of-pocket cost at workplace clinics if you present your Minnesota Advantage Health Plan member ID card. The cost is $24 for the shot or $36 for the nasal spray vaccine if you do not present your card).
