Personal devices

BSU help desk is unable to directly work on privately-owned devices, but we can make some recommendations.  Please visit our knowledge base to get started, or contact the help desk.

University-owned devices:

BSU utilizes Systems Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) and IronPort email filtering.  These products actively monitor and keep your computer clean.  Nothing is 100% effective, so if you think your computer may be infected, please disconnect it from the network, and bring it in to the ITS help desk.
