Information Technology Services offers a variety of support options for phones including training, trouble shooting, programming, and other assistance.

Our self-service Knowledge Base contains a number of articles ranging from “How to Report Your Move for 911” to “How to Program a Speed Dial on Your Phone.”  This should be your first stop for assistance.  If you can’t find what you are looking for, submit an online help desk ticket here.  Be sure to include:

  • Your name

  • Your department
  • Your office location (building and room number)
  • The cost center that will pay for any charges

Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College offer VoIP (voice over internet protocol) phones.

You will also notice emergency phones located across campus.  Please notify Public Safety at 755-3888 or submit an online help desk ticket if one of these phones appear to be out of service.

Cell Phones

BSU can provide a cell phone for approved faculty and staff.  To request a cell phone, please complete the cell phone authorization form.
