Recalibration: The Information-Gathering Stage and Schedule

At the forums on October 6, I was asked to further define the concepts of distinctiveness, sustainability, and innovation.  A good way in which to expand upon these terms is by providing descriptive questions.  Answers to these questions will help program and service areas craft narratives that can be submitted for consideration during the information gathering stage of the recalibration process.  

Another request was for me to share thoughts about the decision-making process that would be used as we move forward.  Program metrics for the academic, service, and administrative areas shed light on how decisions will be framed. Those metrics are broken into mandated and non-mandated areas and then segmented further based on whether a program or service area has a low to high probability of being eliminated or reduced.

Finally, a proposed schedule for the recalibration process has also been created and will be updated as more information becomes available.
