Proposed Recalibration Schedule

• October 2010 - BESI specifics revealed and program activated. BESI deadline Nob 15, 2010
• December 1, 2010 - Narratives from programs (academic, service and administrative) due
• January 2011 - Distribution of initial recalibration model
• February 2011 - Discussion of initial draft results
• March 2011 - Notification of plans for program suspension / closure process beginning Fall 2011 - if there are positions lost, all appropriate contract provisions in effect
• May 2011 - End of service for all other retrenched non-tenure track and probationary faculty
• August 2011 - Notification to retrenched non-tenure track and probationary faculty entering their third year
• September 20, 2011 (twenty days from start of fall semester) - Notification to retrenched tenured faculty
• November 2011 - Notification to retrenched first year probationary faculty entering their second year
