Cable TV Information

If you need to add or subtract connections, that request must be submitted through Marie Bock (mbock@bemidjistate.edu or 755-2050) using the cable tv request and authorization form. All requests for cable TV service must be approved by your Vice President.

Under the new Cable TV contract for FY2009, departments will be charged back a monthly estimated amount of $11.71 per cable connection (flat rate of $11.09 plus $0.62 estimated related fees per line). High definition (HD) connections have an additional monthly charge of $20 per HD connection per month.

Billing will be done on a chargeback basis. Your account and budget reports will not show any funds encumbered for this purpose. Thus you must remember to dedicate funds to cover the chargebacks for the year.
