Submission Guidelines

General

• must be a person with a disability and/or family and friends

Written Works

• submit postmarked no later than Dec. 10th
• typed 12 point font
• submit up to 3 works
• written submissions will not be returned

Art /Creative Works

• for 3-D works, an appointment must be made to photograph work
• all artwork will be black and white
• all 2-D works will only be returned if provided with proper postage and return address
• all submissions must be original work
• submission implies permission to print
• persons submitting retain copyright

Information needed

• your complete name and if desired your pseudo name
• postal mailing address
• phone number
• titles of work submitted
• packaging or postage for return of artwork or state that it may be discarded
• a short description of yourself (100-150 words)
