Once a student is accepted to attend Bemidji State University it is their responsibility to identify to the Office for Students with Disabilities that they have a disability that is recognized under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA.) Documentation of the disability must be provided to the OSD prior to receiving accommodations. (See guidelines for documenting a disability.)

Step 1: Student is accepted to Bemidji State University.

Step 2: Student needs to complete Intake Form.

Step 3: Return Intake Form along with appropriate documentation (See guidelines for documenting a disability.)

Step 4: Meet with Coordinator of the Office for Students with Disabilities to set up appropriate accommodations available to you.
