To receive academic accommodations for travel abroad, students must initiate services with the OSD prior to leaving the country. Academic accommodations cannot be arranged once you leave Bemidji State University. To determine whether a particular program is physically accessible, students should meet with the director of the particular travel abroad program that they are interested in prior to making a deposit on the proposed trip. The physical requirements of study abroad programs vary significantly from country to country and students are responsible for meeting with the director to ensure that a trip is accessible to them based on the physical requirements of each program. |
