Take some time to peruse our Web site! It is a great resource with good information about the Hobson Memorial Union and Bemidji State University. If you need to know what's happening today in the Union, want to find a form for your student organization, or simply would like to check out this week's trivia contest, the Hobson Union Web site is the place to find that information. 

HMU meeting rooms can now be reserved on-line from Virtual EMS (event management systems) -- https://ems.bemidjistate.edu -- accessed through HMU's website. This system allows you to browse scheduled events and request space at your leisure and convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! To request an account, please send an email to scheduling@bemidjistate.edu with the name of your organization along with your name, position within the organization and contact information. A member of the Event Services staff will contact you once the account is created. A Note from the Director . . .

Paul Bunyan Transit Student Pass Information

• Persons wishing to purchase a student pass must be a currently registered BSU or NTC student.
• Passes are valid for the current semester only. Fall semester passes are valid from August 1 through the last day of the fall semester. Spring passes are valid from the DAY AFTER the last day of the fall semester through July 31 of the next year.
  
• A student pass for the semester is $25, and is good for unlimited rides. Passes cannot be pro-rated; in other words, if you wish to purchase a pass well into the semester, you would still pay the same fee as if you purchased it the first day.
  
• Duplicate passes are $20 if lost. Damaged passes will be replaced at no charge, provided the old one is surrendered to HMU.
• There will be no refunds for passes based on not utilizing the service or ending enrollment at BSU or NTC. In other words, No Refunds, No exceptions.
