Mn/DOT, in partnership with the city of Bemidji, will begin the project on Monday, April 21. The public is invited to weekly public information meetings beginning Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m. at the Mn/DOT Headquarters, 3920 Highway 2 West, Bemidji. Beginning Thursday, April 24, and every Thursday for the duration of the project, all public information meetings will be held at 8:30 a.m. at Mn/DOT.
