Beaux Arts Ballroom
Our beautiful Beaux Arts Ballroom can serve as a lecture hall seating
600 or a banquet room for up to 450. A variety of setups are possible
in this room and additional items such as staging, podiums, piano,
etc., are also available. The room is equipped with state-of-the-art
technology including an LCD Projector, wireless internet and an
excellent house sound system with lapel, cabled and handheld cordless
microphones available. The East end has a view of Lake Bemidji.
The East Ballroom is a section of the Beaux Arts that can be used on it's
own when the divider is closed. This is a convenient breakout room for larger
groups meeting in the Ballroom, and is often used for luncheons or receptions as
it is a bright space, lined with windows overlooking Lake Bemidji. The capacity
is 130.

Crying Wolf Room
The Crying Wolf Room is a popular multi-purpose "smart-room" seating up
to 100. It sits in the center of the Lower Union, conveniently located
one level above the Lakeside Food Court. The room is flanked by a
comfortable lobby area to the West, and the Lakeside Lounge to the
East. As the name implies, this lounge overlooks Lake Bemidji and is
often used for refreshment breaks or just to relax.

Conference Rooms
Around the perimeter of the Crying Wolf Room are three nicely appointed, comfortable conference rooms - the North Conference Room - (36), South Conference Room (10) and the Ozawindib Room (34). The Ozawindib Room is also a smart-room. Two additional breakout rooms - the Viking Room (36) and the Scandinavian Room (44) are housed one floor below on the Lower Level. These rooms are also ideal for private luncheons due to their close proximity to the food court.
