At BSU there are many types of student organizations ranging from student government and clubs related to your major, to faith based, sports & recreation and special interest. There is something for everyone. If you don't see something on the list of student organizations that appeals to you, grab a few friends and start your own group. BSU is always looking for new ideas and students to chart their own course.

Lifestyle Educators is a student peer education group at BSU. Peer educators increase student awareness about high-risk choices involving alcohol, drugs, and sexual health. We host special events throughout the year such as National Colligate Alcohol Awareness Week, Safe Spring Break, Problem Gambling Awareness, Sexual Responsibility Week, just to name a few. We meet weekly to discuss ideas for events and share information. Participating in the peer education program is a great way to spice up your resume, gain valuable experience and help your peers make healthy choices! Group members can also complete internship and practicum hours on campus with Lifestyle Educators. All students are welcome and encouraged to join from any area of study.
