“If a man is called a streetsweeper, he should sweep streets even as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry. He should sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and Earth will pause to say, Here lived a great streetsweeper who did his job well.”

The Touché Gallerie is a student directed gallery located on the upper level of the Hobson Memorial Union. It offers visitors a unique visual experience while giving students and community artists an opportunity to exhibit artwork. In the past, exhibitions have consisted of a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional shows including: fashion design, painting, illustration, ceramics and printmaking.
Visit the Touché Gallerie and share the experience of an artist's unique vision.
Would you like to share your unique creativity and vision with fellow artists, BSU students, and the Bemidji community? Would you like to reach a larger audience than your small class and express your art through a new medium? Consider applying for an exhibit in the Touché Gallery in the Hobson Memorial Union! Currently, the Touché Gallery is accepting requests for space for the upcoming 2012 academic year. For more information, contact us at 218-755-3760.
