Arrival Notification for International Students

To plan for your arrival and enrollment at Bemidji State University, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible to confirm your attendance and arrival information. Click here for the 'Arrival Information for International Students' brochure. Download, print and bring with you when you travel to Bemidji to begin your studies.

Orientation for new international students at Bemidji State University is scheduled for the following dates:

Fall Semester 2008	Spring Semester 2009
August 20-21, 2008	January 7-8, 2009

Attendance at orientation is mandatory; thus you need to plan your arrival on campus to assure your attendance at orientation.

Courtesy transportation from the Bemidji airport or Bemidji bus station to the BSU campus is available beginning on the Saturday prior to the orientation dates. Arrivals before these dates are responsible for their own transportation. Please submit your application and contract for on-campus housing well in advance of your arrival.

Please send information on your arrival date, time and flight number well in advance (three to four weeks in advance if possible) and indicate if you wish to have transportation from the Bemidji Airport or Bus Terminal to the BSU campus. If a friend is picking you up, please provide his/her name on the form, along with an address and/or phone number.
