The official key pin, which shall by the insignia of the organization, shall have a background of gold. Horizontally across the key shall appear the raised Greek letters, "Alpha Phi Sigma," symbolizing college life. Above the raised letters shall be the symbol of the lamp of knowledge, indicating the student's worthiness to membership in the organization. Below the raised letters shall be three green emeralds, symbolic of growth, indicating that the wearer has fulfilled all the requirements.
