Theatre Unlimited Web Site Proposal

For the purposes of this document, Theatre Unlimited will be abbreviated as "TU."

A template for TU pages has been created.

The goals of the TU web site are:

· keep current members informed.

· attract new members.

The audience of the TU web site is:

· current members will have another way of finding out dates and times for TU meetings and activities.

· outsiders interested in knowing more about TU and its members will be able to find information on TU productions and activities – which will hopefully attract new members and show what TU provides to the BSU community thereby justifying TU’s existence – and information on TU’s members – which may help potential members feel more comfortable attending TU meetings.

What will be included on the TU site:

The site map can be viewed.

Information on present going-ons with TU -- dates & times.

Online copies of the meeting minutes and constitution.

A commentary on TU productions and activities such as the Children’s Tour, The Ritz, RMRW production, and the one-acts.

A photo gallery containing pictures from TU productions and activities such as the Children’s Tour and The Ritz.

A bio section with TU’s officers, and the majors of all members so that both members and potential members will be more familiar with who they deal with in TU.

A link to a TU email address so the world can communicate with TU.
