| Stand Up Paddle Board Demo with OPC and No Comply Board Shop FREE beginning around noon, come down the OPC and see what the fuss about stand up paddleboards is all about. SUPs are big, floaty, stable and lots of fun on calm waters to moderate chop. There will be equipment and an instructor on hand to give guidance and tips. Stand Ups are a great core - legs - balance conditioning that is so fun and engaging you won't think of it as a workout. No registration or fee.
