Cardiovascular Equipment

Along the balcony over-looking the activity spaces and on the main level of the Gillett Recreation-Fitness Center are numerous pieces of cardiovascular equipment open to students and members of the fitness center. We currently offer Precor and FreeMotion equipment encompassing treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent bikes, stair steppers, rowers and NuStep. Members may sign up one day in advance for a time limit of no more than 30 minutes. Also, we now have 10 pieces of cardio equipment with cardio theatre for your own personal viewing.

During the regular academic school year, the equipment is open seven days a week.
