Patrons must show a valid membership pass to get into every session. Entrance is prohibited 5 minutes after the of start of each session in order to ensure that participants are sufficiently warmed up. All sessions are subject to cancellation due to low attendance.
Core/Abs
A specific class that targets developing the midsection. Consider this your time of the week to focus on one area of the body to give you strong, flatter abs and improve back strength and spine health. Also to be incorporated will be cardiovascular movement designed to burn calories to help define this region while also improving cardiovascular health.
Total Body Fitness
Find out how much you can do with dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls, steps, cycling bikes, and mat work! This is designed as a person's primary exercise source for the day. There will be constant variety to enable personal achievement of weight loss, increase of cardiovascular ability, increase strength and muscular endurance, balance, and flexibility.
This class utilizes a variety of equipment as well as unique body weight exercises. You will find a significant increase muscular definition and balance. Internally, you will benefit from increased muscular endurance and strength and the body weight exercises will promote bone density. An energetic way to burn fat, burn calories, and build self esteem, stemming from Russian military training. Learn how to use what is described as "a cannon with a handle." People feel the burn of a total body workout using functional dynamic training to obtain optimal core strength. Kettlebell-is it in you?!
Pilates
Here is a full session dedicated to integrating all the muscles in the body to perform movements derived from core strength. When people do Pilates, they see they develop lean muscles, improve their sense of balance and flexibility, and strengthen their back muscles, abdominals, and obliques. Many report a decrease in back pain and improved posture!
Yoga
Yoga is a relaxing method to achieve the benefits of health and fitness. You will be performing strong, steady movements utilizing breathing techniques. You can achieve an improved sense of mind, body, and soul. Come to improve flexibility, reduce stress and tension, and improve energy.
