Birch Hall is the cozy place to go, bringing you warm furnishings, colors, and a true Northern feel to your college experience. Two gathering lounges are situated between the 2nd and 3rd floor wings, opening up two floors per lounging space. The first floor has the lobby and a designated kitchen for resident's needs. Each lounging area is equipped with comfortable seating, small gathering areas, tables and chairs, and large screen televisions.
Birch boasts being the closest residence hall to the academic buildings and the ability to take the tunnels to classes without needing to go outside!

"Grab a good book or your favorite console game and head into one of our many lounge spaces. You'll love the openness and yet the closeness of our facilities and community." --Aya.
Residents of Birch Hall must be of sophomore status (designated by amount of earned credits) or above.

My secret to living in Birch Hall is the new feel it has gotten from being renovated. I especially love the woodsy feel, it makes me feel right at home! It takes everything I've got to not start gnawing on the furniture! My other favorite part is that during those cold winter months that I want to stay indoors, I can! The tunnels go straight to my classes and I don't have to come up for air!
