The exception might be in the lobby, where on weekends a sniff of fresh coffee brewing and scrumptious chocolate chip cookies can be had. Everything is clean and squeak free. No door dings, drafty windows, chipped paint, or corroded, leaking fixtures. Everything shines and is stain free. The new, contemporary and mobile furniture is just waiting to be broken in.by you. Imaging entering your home through the front door and having open lake views, views inhibited only by a decorative gas fireplace and a few friends quietly waiting to greet you. Nice, eh?

Envision this place in the heart of our beautiful campus, in close proximity to the academic area and overlooking the glistening blue waters of Lake Bemidji. Can you picture the sun rising over the lake? Can you hear the loons? Imagine your own professionally landscaped back yard, complete with barbeque grills, mood lights and bench seating in and amongst the trees. How about having some friends over to join you around your new campfire pit? Will you be in song, just hang out under the stars, or will you sit silently mesmerized by the bright, crackling flames?

Would you enjoy the security and ease of card access? Wouldn't it be nice to just flash a card instead of fumbling for a key when you come home with your arms full? Would you like more temperature control in your room? Imagine your own thermostat to keep your room comfy warm in the winter and air condition cool in the summer. How will you arrange your furniture? Will the dresser and desk go under your bed or next to it? Will you keep your window open at night for cool night breeze or close it and let the AC do its thing?

Maybe you'll head to the neighboring conference room for a group discussion or private floor party.
