Here is a step by step explanation that an organization on campus needs to have completed in order to have a painting in the tunnel

Step 1

Step 2

Student Senate must receive the application as well as a sample of the artwork to sign off on the application

Step 3

Once senate has signed off the application the organization must contact Kathy Berglund in Deputy Hall 312 where she must receive the application as well as a sample off the artwork to sign off on the application.

Step 4

Collect the materials that are listed directly on the application. If there are other materials required you MUST request it BEFORE use for health concerns.

Step 5

START PAINTING!!!

Step 6

 Kathy Berglund in Deputy Hall 312 must review the painting to make sure it is close to the design that was purposed. If its the same the painting stays, if it's different it WILL be painted over, and the costs to paint over will be coming out of your pocket!
