The Meeting was called to order at 3:35 PM in the Ozawindib
Agenda - With no objection moved to approve.
Minutes - With no objection move to approve the minutes of November 15, 1999 minutes.
President Sirek Senate debate on December 9th: A sheet listing student clubs and organizations was passed out, each senator will choose at least three organizations to visit to publicize the MN Senate debate and special election.
Vice-President Anderson Need schedules in my top left basket on my desk by 12 noon on Friday. Next Monday is the last meeting of the semester. The office hours are slacking, lets try and keep them up through next week.
Treasurer Jonckowski We have $6,876.83 in the budget.
Legislative Affairs Chair Wuollet We looked over several constitutions. We also made cover pages for the constitution binder and organized the committee report form binder.

MSUSA Campus Rep. Melcher I went to Washington DC over break and met with many senators and representatives.

OLD BUSINESS
BSU Graduate Student Constitution. Vote. Passed.
Council of Indian Students Constitution. Vote. Passed.
NEW BUSINESS
Ad Hoc Committee that will review policies, address the quality of administration, security, relations with the community, forum for faculty, students, and staff to discuss issues; focus on quality of campus culture. Vote to approve Policy Review and Campus Culture Committee. Passed.
Open Forum
TJ passed out information about his trip to Washington DC. He also passed around another sign-up sheet for the December Conference.

Discussion on ways to publicize the MN Senate debate and special election, radio call-in show, discussion in classes, faculty e-mail, distribute informational flyers.
