President Sirek Thank you Pam and Kristie for the Pizza. MSUSA Conference went well. I talked with Dave Carlson about the privacy issue and a check off list is available. He will work with us. MSUSA Lobby Day we need to fill a busload of people. Like 60-70 people to go to Lobby Day. I need to have the names by Friday. We will be leaving at 3 AM to ride down and come back by 7 or 8 PM on February 16.

Vice-President Anderson - You need to do your office hours. I need written committee reports. Legislative Affairs Meeting time will be set today. Lobby Day - Sweatshirt dress code.

Treasurer by Sirek We have $5,392.71 in the budget.

Legislative Affairs Chair by Sirek Committee members wait after the meeting today and we'll set the meeting time. We also need to talk about Lobby Day in that Leg. Affairs meeting time. Application deadline for the Committee Chair positions that are open is 3 PM on Monday.

Academic Affairs Chair Schorn I had a meeting last week at 9 AM Tuesday and only one person showed up. I'm resigning today.

Student Services Chair Voss Since there is no Leg. Affairs Chair, the Student Service Committee will focus on Lobby Day. We need Senate outreach people to go to the Hall Council Meetings and tell them about Lobby Day, to recruit students to go. I have a list of topics to go over. I am looking into finding a legal service for on campus. I am hoping to find a legal service that will donate 1-2 hours a day or week. All Student Services Committee Members will be meeting after the Senate meeting today.

Public Relations Chair Klander I am running ads for the positions open on Senate and SAFAC. I also run an ad about Lobby Day. We need to work on food for Lobby Day.

Cultural Diversity Chair no report.

MSUSA Campus Rep.. no report.

MSUSA Cultural Diversity Rep. Voss MSUSA is sending Kristie and myself to the Cultural Diversity Conference at St. Thomas on Feb. 23. We will go over it at Delegates and I'll report at the meeting. They had a great entertainment at the CD meeting this weekend at the Conference. Our Feast of Nations Students will put on the dinner for our conference in Bemidji on April 28-30.
