President Sirek - I have an appointment later for Election Chair, Jodi Baumgard. The Nellie Stone Johnson Dinner is Thursday night at 5:30 PM. If you are going to the dinner you will have to leave by 1 PM on Thursday. The conference is this weekend and starts at 12 noon with the luncheon. We will leave at 9 AM Friday. The Thursday night motel will have to come out of our budget. I have to step down right now as President. I will help out. I will put in my resignation tonight.

Dennig - You are the best President we have had since I've been here. Is there anything we can do to keep you in office?

Sirek - I can't give what I want to give right now. I'll still be here, but I can't handle being President right now to the capacity I want.

Voss - Will you be coming down this weekend?

Sirek - No and I'll be responsible for the money.

Vice-President Anderson - Be sure to attend your office hours and committee meetings. Leave me a message if you can't do your office hour. Cabinet is at 3 PM Tuesdays, best time according to schedules. Those who can't make any committee meetings try to find something to help a chair with or see me. Keep the office clean and throw away your own trash.

Treasurer report by Barthel - Our budget has $3,983.66.

Legislative Affairs Chair Voss Our meetings are Tuesday at 9 AM. We're going over Article of Operation for Delegates tomorrow at my meeting. We are having the first reading of the Inter-Greek Council.

Academic Affairs Chair Barthel - Two weeks ago we covered lab fee issues in the science classes. The lab fee charge covers dissecting material and machines, etc. You still have to buy gloves.

Student Services Chair Schaumburg- The Birch Hall issue is waiting on the hall council. We have our meetings at 4:30 PM today. We are working on getting the Student Senate suggestion boxes up in high traffic areas.

Public Relations Chair Klander -. My meetings are 1 PM on Wednesdays, try to make the meetings.

Cultural Diversity Chair Goyal- no one showed up at my last meeting. My article will be in the Northern Student next week. The Feast of Nations is April 8th at 5 PM. Tickets are on sale in the lower union from 11 AM - 1 PM. The price range is $14.00 to $21.00.

Anderson - I'm hard on Scott but I'm hardest on the people I have the most faith in. I don't know anyone who could have done a better job. I'm proud to have sat here with you.

Sirek - on Friday I lobbied with Frank in the cities and had fun. We need to send some emails for the Pell pass through. Call your Legislator. It's an amendment by Dave Klies from St. Cloud. It goes to the Senate first and then the House. We need to pressure the Senate. Thank you everyone, you have done a good job. Thank you very much for a great year.

Voss - Thank you Scott.

Simenson - Are you still going with me to those committee meetings you appointed me to?

Sirek - yes, I'm just stepping down as President.

Ueland - I have a petition here for anyone that wants to sign it to help Eileen Walsh get tenure.

Adjourn at 3:55 PM.
