Student Association Constitution

In interpreting any part of this Constitution and its bylaws, in whole or in part, the singular includes the plural and the plural the singular; words in the past or present tense shall include the future; and the University President or the Student Senate President include any designees thereof. The Student Senate shall consist of all Student Senate seats specified in this Constitution less any seats that are declared vacant.
