Section 1: Should the President leave office for any reason the Vice President shall relinquish their office and automatically assume the Presidency. Unless, the President-elect has been chosen in which case, the President-elect shall assume office.
Section 2: Should the Vice President leave office or accept the office of President as provided for in Section 1, the replacement shall be determined through an internal election process by the Student Senate.
Section 3: The President shall appoint all Committee Chairs with approval of the Student
Senate by a majority vote and may remove any Committee Chair with approval of the Student Senate by a majority vote.

Section 4: One person may hold only one of the following offices at any one time: President, Vice President, Office Manager, University Liaison, and Committee Chairs.

Section 5: If there is a vacant seat in the Student Senate, the President or Vice President shall declare the vacancy to the Student Senate and they shall announce the vacancy to campus media. Appointment shall be considered during the regular Student Senate meeting following the declaration of vacancy. Any individual meeting the requirements of eligibility and who appear before the Student Senate at a designated time shall be considered for appointment.

Section 6: Vacancies in the Cabinet will be appointed by the President and confirmed by a majority vote of the Student Senate to be approved.
