Bemidji State University Student Association Constitution March, 2008

Section 1: The Student Senate shall grant recognition to all student clubs and organizations that meet the requirements set out by BSU policy and the Student Senate.

Section 2: Recognition is granted after the Student Affairs Committee approves a submitted constitution, said constitution is approved by a Senate majority vote, the Associate Director of Hobson Memorial Union, and the University President, in that order

Section 3: Recognized organizations will have access to BSU facilities in accordance with BSU policy.

Section 4: Recognized organizations must follow proper administrative procedure when dealing with fundraising forms, intent to be active forms, and other paperwork.

Section 5: Recognition can be revoked by a Student Senate two-thirds (2/3) majority vote.
