Section 1: The members of the BSUSA shall be entitled to the same legal rights and duties as other citizens of the United States. This includes the freedoms of speech, press, religion, and peaceful assembly.

/

Section 2: The University shall respect the rights guaranteed to students by the Constitution and laws of the United States, the State of Minnesota, and the governing policies of the MnSCU Board of Trustees.
