Bemidji State University Student Association Constitution March, 2008

Section 1: The Constitution shall be the official governing document of the BSUSA Student Senate if a majority of those casting ballots in the election and the University President approve. It shall be subject to modification by the University President, but such modifications may be refused by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Student Senate making the Constitution void and reverting to the previous document.

Section 2: Rule and structural changes specified by the Constitution shall be completely implemented by the following elected administration.

Section 3: This Constitution supersedes all previous Constitutions, bylaws, and rules of the BSUSA Student Senate.

Section 4: Once approved, the Constitution may not be changed except by the process of amendment described in Article XIV or the passing of a new Constitution.
