Bemidji State University Student Association Constitution March, 2008

We, the students of Bemidji State University (BSU), joined together in a common cause, need a governing body to give advice on the interests of the student body, and to represent the student association to all levels of government, administration, faculty, and staff. In order to achieve this, pursuant to the rules of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) Board of Trustees, we hereby ordain and establish this governing body and Constitution.
