Friday - August 21
9 am - 3:30 pm	Residence Hall Move-in
12:00 pm -3:30 pm	Orientation Central Check-in, Memorial 100
3:45 - 5 pm	Orientation group meetings with FYE instructors and Orientation Student. Students meet with orientation leaders and First Year Experience instructors for introductions and team building activities Parent Panels in Hagg Sauer for FYRE parents and Beaux Arts Ballroom for other parents
5:30 - 6:15 pm	Welcome to Bemidji State University Location: John Glas Fieldhouse
6:30 - 8:00 pm	Welcome Picnic Walnut Courtyard
7:30 - 8:30 pm	Campus Wellness and Safety Conversation for parents/family Location: TBA
8 - 9:30 pm	Getting settled-Floor Socials in residence halls Off campus student social-Crying Wolf
9:30 - 11:30 pm	Bonfire at the Fire Pit on the lake with DJ

Saturday - August 22
10:00 am	Family Student Farewell Brunch John Glas Fieldhouse
11:30 am	Playfair - Gillette Rec Center Group photo
1:00 pm	Students meet with Orientation Leaders and FYE/FYRE Faculty
2:00 pm	Hot Topics Workshops NOTE: FYRE Student Orientation activities begin
3:00 pm	Hot Topics Workshops
5:00 pm	Dinner on your own
7:30-10:00 pm	Beaver Bash Bingo Live DJ/Inflatables/Root Beer Floats Gillette Rec Center
